    Our Programmes

    Early Foundations

     Kungfu Tots (Ages 4 to 6)

    A fun and engaging introduction to Wushu for young children. Through games, movement activities and basic martial arts techniques, students develop coordination, balance, confidence and discipline while building positive learning habits in a supportive environment.

    Development Pathway

    Beginner Wushu

    Designed for students who are new to Wushu. Training focuses on fundamental stances, kicks, movements and routines while developing flexibility, coordination, strength and confidence. This programme establishes the foundation for future progression.

    Development Pathway

    Intermediate Wushu

    A progressive programme for students who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to deepen their technical understanding. Training introduces greater complexity in routines, weapons, conditioning and performance skills while reinforcing discipline and consistency.

    Wushu Jump Class

    A supplementary programme focused on jumping techniques, athleticism and explosive power. Students develop strength, coordination, elevation and body control to improve the quality and execution of advanced Wushu movements and routines.

    Sanda

    Sanda is the combat discipline of Wushu, integrating punches, kicks, takedowns and defensive techniques into a progressive training system. Students develop fitness, coordination, agility, resilience and confidence while learning the practical application of Chinese martial arts. Training emphasises discipline, control, respect and technical development, making it suitable for both beginners and those aspiring towards competitive pathways.

    Competitive Preparatory Class

    Designed for students who aspire to pursue Wushu competitively. Training focuses on building strong physical foundations through conditioning, flexibility, coordination, stamina and technical refinement, preparing students for higher-level performance and competition pathways.

    A high-performance training programme for dedicated athletes preparing for local and international competitions. Training emphasises technical precision, physical conditioning, performance quality, discipline and competitive readiness under the guidance of experienced coaches.

    An advanced Taiji programme that combines traditional principles with modern competition requirements. Students develop balance, control, flexibility, strength and expression while preparing for performances and competitive Taiji events.

    Wushu Classic

    A programme dedicated to traditional Wushu styles and classical routines. Students gain a deeper appreciation of Wushu heritage while developing technical understanding, body mechanics and cultural knowledge through structured training.

    Lifestyle Taiji

    A holistic programme focused on health, mindfulness and well-being through the practice of Yang-style Taijiquan. Suitable for adults of varying experience levels, training promotes balance, mobility, relaxation and sustainable lifelong practice.
